摘要
探讨城市水资源及污染控制的相互关联,水源与污水并没有清晰的界限,世界任何国家的经济发展,都会推向社会进步、促进工农业生产能力得到提高,使人民生活得到进一步改善,但是也随之带来不同程序的环境污染。污水也是造成环境污染的来源之一。
The paper discussed the relationship between urban water resource and sewage control, and showed that there was no clear boundary between water resource and sewage. Economic development would make social rogress, advance the production of industry and agriculture and improve the life quality of people, but bring environmental pollution at all levels as well. Sewage was one of the important sources to environmental pollution.
