摘要
分子生物学技术在环境中(?)应用日益广泛,综述分子监测技术,尤其是应用于环境监测中的各种分子技术,如电泳分离纯化技术,核酸探针检测技术,分子标记物,酶联免疫吸附测定技术,基因工程技术等,阐述了分子生物学技术在环境污染监测中的应用以及未来分子监测技术的开发方向和其他技术相结合,探索分子生物学技术在环境领域的发展趋势。
The molecular biology engineering had been widely used in environment. This paper summarized the molecular biology techniques, which were＇ especially used in the environmental monitoring, including electrophoresis, nucleic probe detection, molecular markers, the technology mechanism, genetic engineering and so on, analyzed the use of molecular biology＂ techniques in contaminated environment and the molecular biology techniques exploitation in the future and combined with other techniques, at last explored the molecular biology techniques＂ trend of development in the environmental field.
