摘要
目的:研究黄芩中黄芩苷的提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以黄芩苷为考察指标,对影响黄芩提取工艺的因素进行优选。结果:本试验设计3因素中浸泡时间对提取效果有显著影响。结论:黄芩提取的最佳工艺为提取2次,加水量第1次为12倍,第2次为9倍,不浸泡,提取时间为第1次90min,第2次60min。
Objective : To study the water extraction techniques of Radix Scutellariae.Methods : The water decoeting techniques were optimized by orthogonal designed methods with the contents of baicalin in the extract. Results : The soaking time significantly effect the extracting efficiency. Conclusion : The optimal decocting conditions of the root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were: refluxing for two times, adding 12 times amount of water for the first time and 9 times for the second time, no soaking, and 1.5 hours for the first time and 1 hour for the last one.
