摘要
石油作为一种不可再生的稀缺资源,作为人类社会第一大能源,在21世纪前50年将不可能被大规模替代,仍将是世界经济发展的重要支撑和现代社会的动力基础。世界油气资源的变化以及未来趋势均会对中国经济产生重大影响。基于世界油气资源现状分析的基础上,对未来世界油气资源供需总量、结构变化以及国际油价变化等重大问题进行预测,以探讨其应对之策。
Petroleum, as a nonrenewable scarce resource and the most important energy for human society, cannot be substituted in large scale in the first 50 years of the 21st century. Based on the analysis of current situation of world petroleum resource, the paper makes predictions of the total quantity of petroleum supply and demand of the world, its structural change and price fluctuation, and discusses the countermeasures.
