摘要
从调查上海市区县领先学科建设绩效和实施意义，探讨城市区县医学科技工作途径和方法。学科建设前后课题、论文、人才等指标情况和临床基本业务数据变化比较，效果显著。
This paper investigated the performance and the implementation of the leading disciplines in rural areas and explored the ways and means of medical science and technology. Comparing the data on research subjects, publication, talents and clinical services before and after the discipline construction, the change was remarkable.
