摘要
WHO奖学金项目是我国通过国际合作进行高层次卫生人力资源开发的重要形式之一。本文在对1995年至2002年我国派出的WHO留学生综合情况调查数据统计和分析的基础上,阐述了影响其工作业绩的若干因素,提出了提高该项目实施效益和管理效能的建议。
WHO scholarship program is one of the important methods to develop health human re-sources by international cooperation. On the basis of investigated data analysis of the working conditions and achievements, some factors which affected the achievements of students abroad sponsored by WHO scholar-ship were explored, some suggestions which may improve the completive benefit and administrative efficiency of WHO scholarship program were made.
