摘要 抑制素B(inhibin B,INHB)是转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)超家族成员之一,由睾丸的Sertoli细胞和卵巢中、小窦状卵泡的颗粒细胞产生,具有反馈性抑制垂体卵泡刺激素(FSH)分泌和调节两性生殖细胞发育的重要功能,同时还是卵巢颗粒细胞和睾丸Sertoli细胞功能的一个特异性标志物,与两性生殖关系密切。 Inhibin B is one of the transforming growth factor beta （TGF-β）super family members. It is produced mainly by Sertoli cells of the testes in male and by early healthy antral follicles of ovaries in female. Inhibin B can selectively suppress the secretion of pituitary follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） by a negative feedback. It also plays an important role in regulation the development of reproductive ceils. Some studies confirmed that inhibin B can be used as a specific marker of function of ovarian granulosa cell and testicular Sertoli cell. There is a significant relationship between inhibin B and reproduction.
