摘要
企业社会责任自从西方学界提出以来,受到理论界和企业界的广泛关注,也得到了越来越多人的认可。普遍观点认为企业在履行其经济职能时,还必须考虑到利益相关者的合理要求,承担其应有的社会责任。我国尽管对企业社会责任的研究起步较晚,但在当前构建和谐社会的主题下却显得尤为重要。本文总结回顾了企业社会责任的发展历程,特别是对近几年我国理论界对企业社会责任相关热点问题的研究进行了总结和回顾,并对今后的研究方向提出了初步的建议。
The corporate social responsibility theory has been receiving much attention and more acceptance from beth the academic circle and the enterprise circle since it was put forward by the western academe. It is generally acknowledged that during the process of implementing its economic functions, enterprises should also consider reasonable requirements of the stakeholders and shoulder due responsibilities. Though the research of CSR in China started relatively late, it is very important in the current context of the construction of the harmonious society. This paper summarizes the development course of CSR, gives a review of researches in the academic circle on relevant hot problems about CSR in China, and puts forward some primary suggestions for research orientation in the future.
