摘要
出现在全国一些大医院倒卖专家号的“号贩子”问题,是由于专家号价格过低并与普通号的价格差太小而产生。提高专家号价格,拉大专家号与普通号的价格差是市场经济体制改革的必然要求,这样才可以从根本上治理“号贩子”问题。同时,通过转诊制与政府对低收入者补贴制,既可以保证低收入者就诊专家,又可以实现医疗资源的合理配置。这不仅符合建设和谐社会的要求,而且还会有力推动整体医疗体制的改革。
Ticket scalping happens in some senior hospitals all over the country these days, which is the result of the excessively low price of the expert registered tickets and the small price difference between the expert and ordinary ones. Increasing the price of the experts registered tickets and enlarging the price difference is an inevitable requirement for the structural reform of market economy. Only in this way can the problem of ticket scalping be solved radically. Meanwhile, we can transfer those seriously ill patients to senior hospitals and the government can subsidize people of low incomes, which can not only guarantee that low-income patients have the access to the expert＇s medical service but also can promote the proper disposition of the medical treatment resources. This also coincides with the demand of constructing the harmonious society and contributes greatly to the overall health care reform.
