摘要
利用氯化钙、氨水和二氧化碳为原料,采用碳化法制备纳米碳酸钙。考察了反应温度、CaCl2溶液浓度、CO2气体流量、添加剂等因素对碳酸钙粒子平均粒径、形貌和反应时间的影响,并用XRD和TEM对产物进行了表征。结果表明,使用一定种类添加剂,在20℃、0.4mol/L的CaCl2溶液和6mL/min流量的CO2条件下,可制得粒度分布均匀、分散性好、平均粒径为45nm左右的球形纳米碳酸钙。
Nanometer calcium carbonate was prepared taking calcium chloride,ammonia and carbon dioxide as raw material by carbonization. The influence of reaction temperature, CaCl2 solution concentration,CO2 flow rate and additives on average particle size,morphology and reaction time of calcium carbonate particle were studied. The characterization was made on the product by XRD and TEM. It was shown that, using certain kind of additives the spherical nanometer calcium carbonate particles with mean size about 45 nm, homogeneous particle size distribution and good dispersivity could be prepared under conditions of 20 ℃, calcium chloride concentration of 0.4 mol/L and carbon dioxide flow rate of 6 mL/min.
