摘要
介绍了湖南省内首次采用无筋钻孔压浆小桩对已建库房地面下软土地基进行加固处理的工程实例,阐述了无筋钻孔压浆小桩的加固机理、特点、设计计算方法、施工工艺和处理效果。工程结果表明,无筋钻孔压浆小桩成本低,施工周期短,适合在设计荷载较低的已建库房软土地基进行加固处理。
In this paper, the first engineering example in Hunan Province was introduced in which the small non-reinforced bored grouting piles were used in soft improvement of existing low-load warehouse. The reinforcement mechanism, characteristics, design calculation method, construction process and treatment effect of the non-reinforced bored grouting piles were described. The engineering result shows that the non-reinforced small bored grouting piles are of low cost and short construction period, they are suitable for soft foundation improvement of the designed existing low - load warehouse. non
