摘要 橇装小直径连续管排水采气装置为天然气井排水采气提供了新装备和新工艺。装置由橇装装置、注入头、监测与控制系统、井口装置、井下工具和注剂装置6部分组成。长庆油田分公司的G25-5井和西南油气田分公司的白浅122井、纳59井的现场工业应用表明,这种装置不仅具有连续管作业高效、灵活和边生产边作业的优势,而且还能精确控制注剂量和注剂深度,可以达到最佳的药剂发泡排水效果。 The skid-mounted small-diameter coiled tubing (CT) water-discharging and gas-producing unit provides new equipment and new technique for discharging water and producing gas in natural gas production well. The unit mainly consists of skid-mounted equipment, CT injector, monitoring and controlling system, wellhead equipment, downhole tools and chemicals injecting device. The field industrial application of the unit in Well G25-5 of Changqing Oilfield Company, Baiqian Well 122 and Na Well 59 of Southwest Oil and Gas Company indicates that the unit not only owns the advantages of high efficiency, flexibility and keeping production while operating, but also can accurately control injection rate and injection depth of chemicals, and ensure the maximum foaming and water-discharging effect of the injected chemical agents.
