摘要
文章介绍了缓释药物纤维的发展、开发技术、分类及药物纤维价值。通过不同成纤材料的选择及纺丝技术的开发可使纤维中药物缓慢释放。药物纤维释药可通过透皮吸收,局部高浓、全身低浓、安全、舒适、持续时间长、毒副作用小。
The development technology, applied types and value of the slow-release iatric fiber were introduced in the article. The medicine in the fiber can slowly emanate which lie on the choose of different fiber material and the development of spinning technology. The medicine which emanate from the iatric fiber can be absorbed through skin which conduce the blood concentration of part body high but the whole low. This release medicine system has some other merits such as safe ,comfort, long hold time and low -grade side-effect.
