摘要
针对CFB锅炉的特点,提出了利用XD-APC预估技术,来解决CFB锅炉燃烧控制中由于变量耦合多、滞后大、时变等原因引起的控制品质不高、床层温度波动大、燃烧自动投入率低的问题。根据预估技术设计的控制策略,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the characteristics of circulation fluid bed boiler,the estimation technique with XD-APC is presented to solve problems existed in circulation fluid bed combustion process control,such as the poor control performance,bed-temperature fluctuation,low rate of combustion automatic devotion, which are caused by multivariable coupling,large time-delay and time varying etc. The good actual application result is obtained by using the control strategy based on the estimation technique.
