摘要
分别对水泥砂浆中的水泥扩展度及水泥水化过程中的生热率进行了试验研究,试验所用的水泥材料采用同一工厂不同工作日所生产的同一标号水泥,并对所拌和的水泥混凝土的工作性变化进行了分析。采用一种特殊的半传热热量计测量了水泥的活性,发现当水泥中添加超塑化剂时混凝土工作性的变化比较明显,并给出了工作性与热量变化最大时的关系曲线。
By means of measuring the spread of a specially designed mortar on a flow table, the workability variations in daily consignments of a cement supplied from the same factory are studied. The reactivity of the cement is measured with a semiadiabatic calorimeter. The test results indicates that workability variations are strongly pronounced when superplastizicers is used. The correlation is found between workability and the time position where the heat evolution has its maximum value.
