摘要
本文介绍了核电站蒸汽发生器用Incoloy—800合金管U形小量冷变形和表面喷丸工艺研究情况,推荐了固溶处理温度和最佳冷变形量以及所采用的喷丸器和喷丸参数。
The slight cold deformation and surface shot blasting process for U-shaped Incoloy-800 alloy pipes used for steam generator in nuclear power station are studied and the solid solution treating temperature and the optimum cold deformation amount as well as the shot blaster and blasting rameters to he used are recommended.
