直肠癌周围神经浸润的研究现状 被引量：1

摘要 直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，占消化道恶性肿瘤发病率的第2位，且有逐渐增高的趋势。随着医学的发展，直肠癌外科治疗有了更为丰富的内容，总体疗效也有了一定的提高。但是直肠癌术后局部复发率仍然较高，预后也不尽人意。影响直肠癌局部复发、转移和预后的因素有多种。研究发现，在某些上皮来源的恶性肿瘤如前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌和胰腺癌等组织中，常见癌对神经组织的浸润，是引起癌肿局部复发和预后不良的重要因素。在直肠癌中的神经浸润亦具有重要意义。
