摘要
资源枯竭、环境污染、生态恶化等问题已成为全球经济社会可持续发展的严重阻碍。在生态税法的国际绩效良好和我国生态环境不良的背景下,构建我国的生态税法就显得很必要。
Along with the breakage of ecology and pollution of the environment which have been becoming serious barriers to the sustainable development of the global economic society, the international community is adopting the measures to keep the ecosystem balance and to improve the environment quality. It is necessary to make the eco - tax law in China under the background which the eco - tax around the world has good effect and the poor eco - enviorment is becoming serious in China.
