摘要
本文分析了空拔管的纵裂及其与残余应力的关系,讨论了钢管空拔变形的不均匀性及残余应力的形成,介绍了利用辅助变形的方法降低空拔管残余应力的试验及取得的明显效果。
The relationship between longitudinal cracks and residual stress in tube drawing without inside tools is analyzed, the nonuniform formation and residual stress occurance during drawing are discussed and the experiment onreducing the residual stress in tube drawing without inside tools using an auxiliary forming method and its good result are described
