摘要
采用沉积-沉淀法制备了负载型Au/γ-Al2O3催化剂,对丙酮蒸汽进行催化消除反应,探讨了催化剂中金含量、活化过程中不同活化温度、活化时间以及催化剂用量对催化活性的影响.并对催化剂进行了SEM和XRD表征,优化了制备条件.结果显示,控制活化处理温度为300℃、时间为1h,以0.65g、质量分数为2.5%的Au/γ-Al2O3催化剂能将浓度为4.66g/m3丙酮在140℃下完全催化消除.图7,参14.
The supported Au/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method for the elimination of acetone. The effects of gold loadings, pretreatment temperature, pretreatment time and catalyst dosage on the activity of the catalysts were studied. The catalysts were characterized by SEM and XRD too,and the preparation conditions were optimized. The results show that 0.65g 2.5wt.% Au/γ-Al2O3 prepared by DP under the optimum pretreatment conditions (under 300℃ for lh in H2 ) completely eliminate 4.66 g/m^3 in air to CO2 and H2O at 140℃.7figs., 14refs.
