锚注联合支护煤巷两帮塑性区分析 被引量:18

Analysis of Plastic Region of Sidewalls in Coal Drifts Reinforced by Association of Rock Bolt and Grouting

摘要 为揭示锚注联合支护对煤层巷道两帮稳定性的作用机理,在分析锚杆、注浆加固煤岩体作用的基础上,将锚杆和注浆加固范围内的煤体作为支护结构区,建立了煤帮塑性区分析的力学模型,应用弹塑性极限平衡理论推导了煤帮塑性区宽度及应力的计算公式,通过实例验证了模型的合理性,并探讨了支护结构区宽度及支护结构区强度参数对煤帮塑性区宽度及应力的影响.研究表明:支护结构区宽度增加,煤帮的塑性区宽度呈近似线性减小;支护结构区界面内聚力增加,煤帮的塑性区宽度减小,但减小幅度逐渐降低;支护结构区界面内摩擦角增加,煤帮的塑性区宽度减小,且有加速减小的趋势.图6,表1,参8. To disclose the effect on the stability of surrounding rock in sidewalls of coal drifts exerted by associate support with rock bolt and grouting, influences of anchoring and grouting on reinforcing coal rock were analyzed. Coal rock mass in reinforced region regarded as the support structure region, the mechanical model for analyzing plastic region in sidewalls was constructed, and the formulae for calculating the width and stresses of plastic region were derived by applying the elastoplastic limit equilibrium theory. An example was used to verifying the rationality of the model. And influences of the width and strength parameters of the support structure region on the width and stresses of plastic region in sidewalls were discussed. The result shows that with an increase in the width of the support structure region, the width of the plastic region in sidewalls approximately linearly decreases; an increase in its interracial cohesion results in the decelerating decrease in the width of the plastic region; and the increase in its interracial internal friction angle gives rise to the accelerating decrease in the width of the plastic region.6figs., 1tab., 8refs.
