摘要
本研究观察了新生儿,2.5岁、15岁、16岁、29岁及52岁人肾小球ABS铸型的形态,结果显示:随着年龄的增长,肾小球多由扁园形转变为长园形;其面积亦随年龄而增大,各年龄间有显著差异(P<0.001)。同一肾皮质的浅、中、深层间,肾小球的大小亦有显著差异(P<0.001)。肾小球可分为叶型、小叶型及螺旋型三类。同一肾小球的输入小动脉常大于输出小动脉,但有少数却小于输出小动脉。此外,尚观察到少数小形肾小球及处于不同退化阶段的肾小球。
We observed the ABS casts of the glomeruli in the human kidneys of the corpses of the newborn, 2.5, 15, 16, 29, and 52 years of age respectively. It was showed that the diameter between the vascular and urinary poles and the area of the glometuli increased with ageing (P<0.001 ) and the size of the glomerulus was different detween the adjacent layers in the same kidney ( P<0.001) .The glomerulus could be divided into three types: the lobar, the lobular and the spiral glomerulus. The piameter of the afferent arteriole in the same glomerulus was much larger than the efferent (over 90% ), but Only in a few glomeruli it was opposite. In addition, we opserved some small glomeruli and a series of degenerated glomeruli in the kidneys.
