摘要
通过对实验室自制不同主筋种类和直径的钢筋混凝土梁进行快速电化学腐蚀试验,得到锈蚀率不同的钢筋样本96根(其中:HPB235光圆钢筋48根,HRB335变形钢筋48根),在进行酸洗和碱中和等除锈处理试验基础上,对其进行拉伸试验,得到各试件的屈服强度和极限强度.基于试验结果,给出了两种钢筋强度和质量锈蚀率之间的关系式,指出锈蚀对不同类型钢筋的影响不同,在实际应用中应加以区别.
Reinforced concrete beams with different bar diameters are produced in the laboratory. Corrosion ratio of the bars is achieved by impressing current to them. 96 reinforced bar samples with various corrosion levels are obtained, including 48 HPB235 plain round bars and 48 deformed bars. The rust was removed by using acid and alkali, respectively. The mechanical properties of the samples are tested. The relationships between the mechanical properties and the weight loss ratio for two kinds of bars are established respectively. The research indicates that the corrosion characters are different for different types of bar. Combining with the experimental data of existing literatures, the degradation regression equations of the mechanical properties for corrosion plain round bars and deformed bars are further established separately.
