摘要
结合福厦铁路站前工程高性能混凝土墩台身施工实例,从桥墩构造、原材料、混凝土配合比和施工工艺等方面分析了铁路客运专线墩台身高性能混凝土裂缝产生的原因,介绍了主要从上述几方面控制混凝土裂缝的措施,并提出了采用JHI增压自动注浆器注射JHC柔性注浆胶处理裂缝的具体方法,对同类工程有借鉴意义。
With the high-performance concrete of piers on the Fu-Xia passenger-dedicated line as a practical example, the paper analyses the causes of cracks occurring in the high-performance concrete of piers on passenger-dedicated lines from the aspects of the pier structure, materials, concrete mixture ratio, with measures of injecting flexible grouting glue by JHI pressure automatic injecting equipment for the control of cracks put forward, which may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
