摘要
聚合物微凝胶是分子内交联并具有轻度网络结构的高分子微粒,通过聚合反应和后处理,可在微凝胶中引入羧基、羟基、磺酸基和氨基等反应性基团成为反应性微凝胶。反应性微凝胶具有良好的施工性能、涂膜性能及耐久性能,主要用于涂料或对涂料进行改性。主要介绍了反应性微凝胶的性能、合成方法及应用。
Reactive polymer microgel is a kind of microgels with different reactive groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, sulfonyl and amino groups which can be imported into mierogels by polymerizations or after-processing. Because of their excellent workability, outstanding durability and mechanical properties, reactive polymer microgels are extensively used as coatings or as coating-modifications. The synthesis and applications of reactive microgels were also reviewed in this paper.
