摘要
以电镀镍漂洗水为代表的低浓度重金属离子废水属于对环境危害极大的一类污染物.含有改进内部构造的特种分离电去离子(EDI)过程,是一种高效、稳定、环境友好的低浓度重金属离子废水处理新工艺.本文利用模拟电镀镍漂洗水,研究了填充树脂类型以及树脂粒径分布对该特种分离EDI过程分离效率的影响.研究表明,使用窄粒径分布的大孔强酸、强碱性混床树脂是特种分离EDI处理低浓度重金属离子废水过程传质强化的有效途径之一.
The wastewater containing low-concentration heavy metal ion,such as nickel electroplating rinse water,is the kind of the pollutants having serious damage to environment.The improved electrodeionization (EDI) process for specific separation is a new high-efficient,stable,environment-friendly technology for heavy metal ion wastewater treatment.The Influences of the type and grain size distribution of the resins packing in dilute compartments on the separation efficiency of the improved EDI technology are studied the simulated nickel electroplating rinse water.It is indicated that,packing macroporous strong-acid strong-base mixed bed resins with narrow grain size distribution in dilute compartments of EDI device is one of the effective approaches to accelerating mass transfer during dilute heavy metal ion wastewater treatment.
