ANALYSIS OF CELL PROTECTASE SYSTEM IN ROBUST COTTON SEEDLING

摘要 过氧化物酶(POX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是细胞保护酶系统中的主要酶,它们在植物的抗逆与抗病中有着重要作用。本文研究了棉花4个品种(XY-31,泗棉2号,89A-42和苏棉4号)在无菌条件下生长的三个时期(种期S1,芽期S2,苗期S3)的POX活性变化及其同工酶谱带变化,结果表明:POX在S1期不显示活性,而在S2和S3期酶活性逐渐增高。SOD酶活力和同工酶酶谱则呈逐渐减弱趋势。它们可能与棉花正常微生物群的减少有关。统计分析显示。 Peroxidase (POX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) are major enzymes in the cell protectase system.These enzymes play important roles on resistant to adverse circumstances and diseases.In this paper the variation of POX and SOD activities and their isozyme spectrum of four cotton species (XY-31,Shi-cotton-2,89A-42 and Shu-cotton-4) in three stages (seed (S1),bud (S2),seedling (S3) were studied under the growth conditions of germ-free.The results show that POX shows no activities in seed stage,but the activities rise up gradually in bud and seedling stages,and that the SOD activities and SOD isozymes tend to decrease gradually from seed stage to seedling stages.These might be related to the decreasing of micro-organism groups of robust cotton.The statistic analysis indicate that there are significant differences of POX activities between defferent cototon species and different growth stages.
