145例肥胖妇女妊娠结局分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨肥胖对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择本院住院孕检分娩资料齐全的肥胖孕妇145例及同期间正常体重妊娠145例对比分析两组妊娠期糖尿病、妊高症、胎膜早破、剖宫产术、产后出血、产褥感染、早产儿、巨大儿、小于胎龄儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖的发生率。结果肥胖妇女上述并发症的发生率均高于正常体重妇女。结论肥胖对孕妇及胎儿会产生不良影响,对肥胖妇女应加强围产监护,减少肥胖妇女孕、产期并发症及新生儿并发症。
