摘要
高职院校实训室是培养学生动手能力和实践操作能力的重要场所,其管理效果直接影响着实践教学的质量。建立科学的管理模式,完善管理制度,提高实训工作人员素质,是提高实践教学质量的重要保证。
The experiment and training laboratory in a vocational college is an important place to develop students＇ practical ability. The management result directly affects the practical teaching quality. To set up scientific management mode, perfect management system and improve the quality of teaching staffis the important guarantee of improving practical teaching quality.
