摘要
通过对Ｗ－２风频分布中的期望值，累计概率与风频参数之间关系的研究，给出最小二乘法等若干个参数估算公式，可供实际使用时选择．
Through studying the relations between expectation value,cumulative probability and wind frequency parameters in Weibull two parameters wind speed frequency distribution,Least squares and other parameters estimating methods have been given.These formulas are recommended for the practical calculation in application.
