摘要
目的对52例深静脉血栓(DVT)形成患者进行阻滞浅静脉溶栓治疗,并探讨其疗效。方法从DVT形成患者的患肢远端静脉滴入溶血栓药物,并在阻塞部位上方用皮条阻滞浅静脉,以减少静脉回流,治疗前后均作深静脉造影对照。结果对52例DVT形成患者阻滞浅静脉造影有效率高达81%。结论阻滞浅静脉溶栓治疗DVT效果良好、方法简单且安全有效,易于基层医院实施。
Objective To perform thrombolytic therapy after superfical vein blockage in 52 cases of patients with deep vein thrombosis（DVT）, and to investigate its therapeutic effect. Methods Rubber band was used to tie up the suffering limb at the proximal end to block blood flow, and then a thrombolytic agent was intravenous dripped slowly from extremity. Deep vein angiography was performed before and after thrombolytic therapy. Results The rate of vein recanalization was 81 percent in 52 DVT patients after treatment. Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy after superfical vein blockage is a simple, efficient, and safe treatment method, can he applied in basic hospitals.
