摘要
结合某动力渠道水力模型试验研究成果，提出计算洪水期非均匀流电站负荷突然全部丢弃时。
This paper deals with the calculating method—time-average discharge method on the surge and discharges with non-uniform flow state in the flood period or under the suddenly losing of power load, which was based on a hydraulic model test of the power canal.
