摘要
介绍用可编程控制器(PLC)改造插齿机的原理和方法.分析了插齿机切削运动,给出电气系统设计。
The paper deals with the principle and method of modifing the gear shaper by the programmable controller(PLC). The design of electrical system, the PLC programming method and the partial ladder figure are obtained by analyzing the cutting motion of the gear shaper.
