摘要
高可靠的航天地面试验系统是保证火箭发动机正常地面试验的前提。对当前系统控制前端进行可靠性和故障模式的分析,运用成熟的微电子技术,结合笔者多年积累的微电子产品设计经验,研制相应电子模块实现在线监视和故障屏蔽处理。主要阐述如何实现前端故障智能诊断及在线处理,以此提高试验时的成功率,为试验产品合格输出提供可靠保障。
The ground testing system is the premise to assuring the success for the ground testing of rocket engine. The front end of measuring and control system are analyzed. Using the ripe micro-electric technique and combining the experience of microelectronic product design for many years, the corresponding electronic module in the watching and dealing with fault is designed. The intelligent diagnostic and processing is presented. It increases the rate of successful test to assure the quality of the product.
