摘要
针对罐箱/槽罐车液化石油汽(LPG)运输安全,研制了一套实时探测器,它与GPS/GPRS终端共同组成LPG罐箱/槽罐车安全监测系统,对LPG气体泄漏进行实时监测。根据罐箱/槽罐车的结构,探测器设计由一个主探测器和两个副探测器组成,当气体传感器检测到LPG泄漏气体浓度超过预设报警值时,探测器可主动向GPS/GPRS终端发送报警信息。
A real time detector for tank car carrying liquefied petrol gas （LPG） is developed. The detector, along with the GPS/ GPRS terminal constitutes the whole monitor system for tank car to monitor the leakage of the LPG. Based on the configuration of the tank car, a main-detector and two vice-detector are designed. It can send alarm information to GPS/GPRS terminal initiatively, when the leakage gas detected exceeds the alarm value.
