放线菌异构酶菌种分离和诱变选育

THE ISOLATION AND INDUCED-BREEDING OF ACTINOMYCES FOR PRODUCTING GLUCOSE ISOMERASE

摘要 从广东、海南两省9个县(市),采集不同海拔高度、不同植被、不同土壤及不同作物农田的土样中,分离、挑选放线菌,测定各菌株葡萄糖异构酶活力。由测定的2705株菌株中,选出了酶活力最高的2644菌株。经复壮分离后,通过物理、化学因子诱变处理和筛选,活力提高83%,酶活高达550μ/ml。 From the samples of soil which were get from the different altitude, vegetation, soil types and cropland in nine counties (or cities) of Guangdong and Hainan Province, the actinomyces were separeted and selected. the activites of the glucose isomerase of these strains were examined. Then comparing the 2705 examined strains, No. 2644 strain which having the highest enzymatic activity was selected. After rejuvenation, isolation and induced-treatment by physical and chemical factors, the enzymatic activity was improved about 83% and reached 550μ/ml.
