摘要
思想道德素质与法律素质是现代人才素质的重要内容,是大学生应当具备的基本素质,做为培养高素质人才的高等院校,应当把大学生思想道德素质与法律素质的培养放在事关我国社会主义现代化建设战略目标的基础地位,摆上教育工作的重要位置。
Ideologieal and moral quality and legal quality are important contents of modern talents quality, Undergraduate must have these basic qualities. As the institutions of raising the high quality talents, it should put the quality - oriented education of the ideology and moral and the law on the important position, it is the strategic target foundation of construction socialism modernization in our country.
