摘要
提出了微光图象光子计数器象管主要参数（暗计数、光子增益）的测试原理和方法，建立了测试系统．对微光图象光子计数器象管的暗计数和光子增益进行了实测，给出了测试结果。
The structure of low light level (LLL) image photon counting intensifier is introduced, and the differences between normal generation Ⅱ intensifiers and the LLL image photon counting intensifier are given. Based on the single channel photon counting technique, the measurement principle and method of the LLL image photon counting intensifiers major parameters dark count and photon gain are presented. The test equipment has been constructed, and the test procedure is described. The experiment results and its comparison with normal generation Ⅱ intensifiers are provided.
