摘要
用上海交大JT—ESWL—Ⅱ型体外震波碎石机治疗复杂性上尿路结石213例,311例次,除1例术后输尿管结石嵌顿,持续高热改手术外,212例术后经辅助治疗,结石均自行排出。结合临床体会,对复杂性上尿路结石的一般治疗原则,碎石后“石街”形成,肾功能不良,输尿管畸形,孤立肾的处理,提出了初步看法。
From October 1988 to October 1989, 213 cases of complicated upper urinary tract calculi were treated with ESWL machine, which wasmanufactured by Shanghai Jiao-Tong University. 311 treatments were required. In 212 cases, the stone was discharged. Surgical operation was needed in one case. In the paper, general Principles of the treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi and management of street of stones, deterioration of renal function, malformation of ureters and solitary kidney were described.
