摘要
采用基于火焰图象处理的炉膛辐射能信号监控系统对姚孟电厂300MW直流锅炉进行了现场检测。在此基础上,将炉膛辐射能信号引入炉膛燃烧控制回路,对锅炉进行了风煤比燃烧优化控制试验。试验结果表明,建立在辐射能信号为基础的相关控制策略,能够有效地强化炉膛燃烧,降低NOx的生成。
A field test has been done on the 300 MW Once-through Boiler at YAOMENG power plant by using the furnace radiant energy signal detection system based on the flame image processing. Respectively the furnace radiant energy signal is put into the combustion control system, and the experimental Research of the optimal control of aircoal ratio is carried out. The experiment results show that the corresponding control Strategy based on the furnace radiant energy signal can improve the boiler efficiency and decrease the NOx emission.
