摘要
微波萃取是一种新型高效的提取分离技术,可在化工、制药、食品等领域中得到广泛应用。现简要阐述微波萃取技术的基本原理及设备组成,并着重介绍几种功能各异的微波萃取设备。
Microwave extraction is a new and high efficient technique for extraction and separation, which is widely applicable in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industrial fields. In this article, the fundamental principles of microwave extraction technique and the equipment required were described, and several microwave extraction equipment with different functions were emphatically introduced .
