摘要
目的:研究三台红花的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱分离,用波谱学方法确定结构。结果:从乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分得到3个单体化合物,其结构鉴定为正三十烷醇(Ⅰ),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(Ⅱ),5,6,7-三羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)。结论:3个化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Cleredendrum serratum( L. ) Moon. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified through repeated column chromatography on silica gel and structurally identified by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Resets: Three compotmds were identified as triaeontanol ( Ⅰ ), 3, 5 - dimethoxy- 4- hydroxybenzoaldehyde ( Ⅱ ), 5, 6, 7, - trihydroxy- 4' - methoxyflavone- 7 - 0- β- D- glueopyranoside ( Ⅲ ). Conclusion: All eompotmds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
