摘要
作者观测了新生儿、2.5岁、15岁、16岁、29岁及52岁肾输入小动脉ABS铸型。输入小动脉管径随年龄增长而增大,起、止端管径相近似;其迂曲可见于各种年龄,但随年龄增长而增加,52岁肾有50%以上的输入小动脉出现明显的迂曲,甚至呈螺旋形;其起、止端及中段均可出现明显的缩窄。对迂曲、缩窄及无肾小球动脉进行了讨论。
We observed the ABS casts of the afferent arterioles in the kidneys of the new corpses of newborn, 2.5, 15, 16, 29 and 52 years old.The diameters of the beginning of the arterioles were similar to the end.The curvature of the afferent arterioles could be seen in the kidneys of different ages, increasing along with the growth of age. In the kidney of the 52 years old, the curvatures over 50% afferent arterioles were obvious and even some of them became spiral shape.The afferent arterioles presented obvious contraction at the beginning, middle and end.In this paper, the curvature, contraction and aglomerular arterioles are discussed.
