摘要
塑性成形问题的诸解法中,除平面应变的滑移线解外,轴对称问题尚无精确解,给寻求两种状态变形力之间的关系造成困难.本文对镦粗及模锻在两种状态下的解析解公式做了大量理论分析和试验验证,优选出两种工艺在两种状态下对应的最佳公式;然后采用公式比较法,找出两种状态变形力的比值关系.该比值关系是:镦粗为0.7~0.87,模锻为0.7~0.
Except the slip line solution for plane strain stage, there is no accurate solution for axisymmetric state in plastic forming problems. Therefore, it is quite difficult to find the deforming force relationship between the two states. After a great amount of investigation, analysis and experiments of analytic formulae in upsetting and closed die forging conditions, correspondent optimal formulas are put forward in this paper. Moreover, by means of formula comparison, the deforming force ratios under the two states are found to be 0.7~0.87 for upsetting and 0.7~0.8 for closed die forging.
