摘要
利用共沉淀法合成的SnO2,研制出了低功耗CO敏感元件,经过对其气敏特性的研究分析,表明该元件具有灵敏度高。
A kind of CO gas sensor with low power comsumption, was developed using the SnO 2 powder prepared by coprecipation method. The experimental results show the CO gas sensor has these advantages of high sensitivty, better selectivity and stability.
