摘要
以化学沉淀法制备的ＷＯ３微粉作为气敏基体材料。
The powder was prepared by chemical deposition. The powder was loaded with Au 2O(or HAuCl 4)and NH 4VO 3,the sensor elements prepared are higher sensitivity and excellent selectivity for NH 3.
