卵巢癌浸润、转移相关细胞因子的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 卵巢癌的浸润、转移主要与细胞外基质(ECM)和基底膜(BM)的降解及肿瘤组织血管生成机制有关,与之关系密切的细胞因子有基质金属蛋白酶、血管内皮生长因子、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂、溶血磷脂酸、E26转化特异性因子-1、局灶黏附激酶、肝细胞生长因子、肿瘤转移相关因子1等。研究卵巢癌浸润、转移相关的细胞因子及其作用机制,选择合适的治疗靶点,有利于卵巢癌的治疗、预后和预防复发。
