摘要
锦屏一级水电站左岸导流洞洞身K0+430~K0+550段在施工过程中发生塌方,塌方段长120m,塌方穴最高处距导流洞底板42m,塌方总规模5万m^3。结合现场实际情况,采用了双层钢拱架“戴帽”混凝土临时支护,预应力锚索、锚筋桩、固结灌浆永久支护的方案,利用10个月的时间完成了塌方处理工作,在大江截流前顺利实现左岸导流洞过流。文中介绍了锦屏一级水电站左岸导流洞塌方处理所采用的方案和措施,这些措施满足导流洞施工期安全和永久设计安全的需要.物探和监测结果显示对围岩的加固效果明显,对国内外类似地下工程具有一定的借鉴价值。
During construction, a collapse occurred at the section of K0 + 430 - K0 + 550 of the diversion tunnel on the left bank of Jinping Hydropower Station I with the length of 120 m, the distance of 42 m from the crown of the collapsed cave to the tunnel bottom and the total collapsed volume of 50 000 m^3. In accordance with the collapse condition, the treatment measures such as temporary concrete support with double-layer steel arch frame, pre-stressed anchor-cable, anchor-bar pile and permanent support of consolidation grouting etc. were adopted, with which the treatment of the collapse finished within 10 months and then the tunnel was successfully put into operation before the cut-off of the main river channel. The construction plan and the measures for the treatment of the collapse are described herein. The requirements of the safety of the construction period and the permanent design safety of the tunnel are met by those measures with obvious effects on the strengthening of the surrounding rock showed by geophysical exploration and monitoring concerned. On the whole, the treatment has a reference value for the other similar projects.
