摘要
基于步进电机微步距高精度定位控制,提出采用切比雪夫插值法,对步进电机的等幅电流分矢量幅值进行计算控制的方案。克服了步进电机微步距开环控制分辨率不高和定位精度不准确的问题。该方法在原理上,从汇编控制角度出发,解决了步进电机等幅电流矢量的微步距控制,实验表明该方法具有较好的实际效果,实现了步进电机的高分辨率、高精度定位,并具有良好的动态运转特性。该控制方案方便于计算机实现。
Chebyshev interpolation method was prosed to control the motor's constant amplitude current vector component based on the step motor micro-step high precise orientation control. It overcomes the low resolution and bad precision of the step motor micro-stop open-loop control. From the angle of assembly control principle, the method settles the problem of step motor constant amplitude current vector micro-stop control. The experiment result demostrates it has good effect. Furthermore, this method guarantees the high resolution and high precise orientation and favorable dynamic running character of step motor. The method is very convenient for computer realization.
