摘要
提出可采用常规的电压源三桥臂逆变电路产生两相正交的SPWM波形。基于Simulink仿真结果之上,构建了以TMS320LF2407A为核心的小型二相电磁搅拌器电源系统,实现对二相电磁搅拌器电流和频率的解耦控制,且采用电流闭环可达到恒流控制的目的。最后,以二相电机为被控制对象,通过试验验证本控制方案是切实可行的,且系统中DSP的高速处理控制能力可以有效地提高整个系统的动态性能和控制精度。
The voltage-source inverter was adopted, which consists of six power switches connected as a bridge, to generate two-phase perpendicular SPWM waveforms. After the Simulink experiments are completed, the two-phase electromagnetic stirring inverter system, based on the DSP chip -TMS320LF2407A, is designed, and the system can independently control the current amplitude and the frequency of the electromagnetic Stirring. With closed-loop control, the current amplitude can be regulated to the reference value. Finally, with a two-phase motor as the controlled object, the results indicate that the control strategy is practical. And the high performance of DSP can effectively improve the dynamic characteristics and the control precisions of the whole inverter system.
